Social Media Manager Position

The salary for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience.

You get the internet. You know how to stop the scroll without shouting. You know when to be clever, when to be heartfelt, and when to post a meme.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to create content that actually makes people feel something, not just check boxes. This isn’t just vibes. We’re building content that performs.

You’ll lead the charge in developing strategy, writing captions that cut through, and tracking what’s working. You know what to post—and why it works.

Responsibilities

• Develop social strategies for clients

• Plan + create original content

• Schedule + manage posting

• Communicate with clients + our creative team

• Report on performance + insights

• Stay sharp on trends, tools, and timing

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience managing business accounts

• Strong writing chops

• Fluent in Adobe Suite

• Platform fluent (IG, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, etc.)

• Organized and collaborative
